Decorating the Christmas Tree December 11, 2010

We went to Holiday Nursery to choose our tree. It came from Northern New Mexico. I only have two photos from the nursery and they are not very exciting so I will not post them here. The kids were really excited to get it home and start decorating. Jason cut off the bottom of the tree, trimmed the lower branches, and scraped some of the bark off so it would absorb the water better. After he put it in the stand and put on the lights we were ready to start with the ornaments!

The tree is done! (If you look closely you might be able to see the paper chain we made too) Now I just need to finish this year's ornaments!
