Goofy kids

I told Emma not to play the sound to her laughing monkey in bed. Instead of saying she wouldn't play it she said "Mom, you won't hear it in the living room."

Oh and apparently the phrase "pants dog" is a serious insult in our house. Dale called Emma a pants dog at dinner tonight and she got offended and called him a pants dog back. They both became quite angry.

Usually when someone calls Emma a name she doesn't like she says "no, I'm not [insert name here], I'm Emma Violet K-----" She isn't a princess, she is Emma. She isn't a pants dog, she is Emma. She corrects people who call her baby brother the wrong name as well. His name is William or William James K----- not Will or Willy or dork or stinker. Goofy child!
